Are your items new or second hand?
Most of our pieces are pre-loved, vintage, or second hand, carefully sourced and curated, with some pieces still with tags and unworn. Each item is selected for its quality, style, and longevity, giving it a new life while supporting more sustainable fashion
What condition are the items in?
Every item is checked before listing and described honestly. Any noticeable wear or flaws will always be clearly mentioned in the description and shown in photos where applicable. Most pieces are in excellent or very good condition unless stated otherwise.
Can I ask for more photos or measurements?
Absolutely. We’re always happy to help. Just send us a message and we’ll do our best to provide additional photos or measurements where possible.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, generally between 1 - 3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Refunds are offered in accordance with our returns policy, with items required to be returned within 14 days of delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. Where possible, we use recycled or reusable packaging to reduce waste and stay true to our sustainable values.
What size and height is the model?
Our model is 5"4 and a size UK 6, she clips larger items at the back to show how the garment should fit.
